While at Prime UV Systems I developed and successfully re-designed a 41 kW per lamp, 68" arc length UV curing reactor for the Goss Uniliner 1680mm printing press.  Following  delivery to Goss Lab in Nantes, France the six reactors prototypes with reactors passed tests of up to 81,000 impressions per hour out of the box.  Following the tests, Goss’s first sale

was to the Journal Official in Paris France. 

I also developed Prime's first, fully automated lamp system - concept, design, engineering, modeling and part/fabrication prints - 99% of the parts fit together as designed, and completed in four weeks.  This system,  featured a self-counter balancing design which opens,  then retracts out of the way to allow changing the printing plates without breaking the web on a retrofitted M1000 Perfector press automatically with the push of a button.
